I've been having contractions multiple times, the only reason my body hasn't allowed me to go into full active labor, is because my baby is sunny side up. The nurse made it seem more likely that I will end up having a Cesarean, but that it was possible to have a vaginal birth. I'm kind of freaked out and hoping he turns his little head the way it's supposed to be

You still have time. However I will warn you that my baby wasn't facing correctly and got stuck in my birth canal. I pushed for 3 hours and made zero progress. My doctor had to reach in there and manually turn him and he actually turned back. They wanted to try forceps and stuff but a friend of mine who also had a stuck baby ended up torn from the forceps and still needed a C- Section. So I'd definitely opt for the surgical route if vaginal delivery isn't working out. You don't want to recover from vaginal abrasions AND Surgery. I'm glad I said no to the forceps. My lady parts were still beat up from pushing but they recovered in a few days and now just my incision hurts.
