@mommyrichardson, my daughter was born that way, nothing too extreme happened. Her forehead and cheeks were swollen and slightly bruised but that went away within a few days 😌

they had to use forceps to get my son out bc he was face up

Sunny side up is what causes back labor. It's still possible to have your baby vaginally just a lot more painful.
