If you relaxed your hair, the only thing you can do is cut whatever has been processed. If heat has your hair straight there are products out there to bring it back to its natural state (one of the products is Etae'). I don't know about the one you're showing though.

If it's heat damage your hair won't bounce back to its natural state. You will have to gradually trim it out if you not wanting to cut it all together.

No I don't have any heat damaged I just got it flat ironed last month
