My baby girl isn't moving and kicking as much as usual.. Should I be worried? 29 weeks

try a cold glass of water or lay on your left side. my little girl has days when she only moves a couple times and days when she won't stop moving. I'm 29 weeks also

Is it ever for like 2 or 3 days in a row where she won't move much? She is usually so active @kayla471

at the most like two days normally.. poke your belly too. that's how I piss her off to get her to kick me. or lay funny. like sit down and lean slightly to one side. that pisses her off too.. lol

You need to go to the hospital if it's been that long, be safe! Is she's active and haven't been moving that's a red flag.

She has been moving, just not as much as she usually does. @daij @kayla471

I read that when babies don't move for a day or 2 as much as they normally do, that their going through a growth spurt. I'm not an expert tho.

when I am worried about my baby's movement I just lay on my left side and within an hour she starts moving.

Well if she's moving then you're fine, I thought you said it's been 2 or 3 days since her last movement. Sorry I misunderstood. But try ice cold water like @kayla471 said and eat or drink something sugary and lay on your left side. 😊
