By the time i have my baby i will be at my job for 6 months. I have 6 weeks off through fmla.

if you are full time you should be getting sick and vacation hours, and after 6 mo the you should be able to use it. I have only been at my job 4 or 5 months and will be able to use my vacation time in july and I'm due in July so it works for me. ummm. I'm not sure what u can do if you job don't give you vacation and sick hours every month. 😕

It's up to you and depends on your job and weather you can afford it if they don't pay you for leave. my job you have 12 weeks unpaid leave but I can't afford that so I have been saving up my vacation and will have a sick donation requested by a few of my close coworkers. I will be or working up until my due date because I will only have 5 weeks paid leave with what I have saved up and what a few coworker will be donating to me! :/ wish I could take leave sooner.

It's up to you! My job gives me 12 weeks automatically then I'll have to use my sick leave after. So I'm taking off when I turn 34 (May 27) and I'm not going back till after Labor Day lol

I took maternity leave at 38 weeks and I have 6 weeks automatically after shes born so I have 8 weeks all together

depending on you..if u can make it all the way till ur due date..the take the 6 weeks after the baby born
