Yes I personally would keep them. I wouldn't feel blessed or cursed as I'm not religious or superstitious.

Well I think on of the most common ways you can have quadruplets and sextuplets is through IVF (extremely rare naturally) so that would mean you have the money to pay for an expensive procedure and you obviously want kids. So yes if did and went through all that I would keep whatever I was given.
