I've been doing them for a few days. make sure you wear a pad. they leak out like crazy and it's nasty

@mommyagain just two. I use a small pin and poked a little hole in one side of each of them. Does it matter that they're not super far up?? Like they're not gonna fall out or anything but I can feel it and it's driving me nuttts

@laytons_mommy thank you! Thankfully I read that the other day before trying them, so I made sure to wear a panty liner. I'll probably have enough ruined under wear after baby gets here 😝

@emkasting, you can insert it an than lay on your back with your legs up for half hour or more to help it

@emkasting, don't smell the capsules either. I have to smell all medicine/ vitamins because I'm weird like that and they smell terrible! how many are you doing?

the are so gross. I saw you asked if they needed to be further up. what I read is the closer to your cervix the better and also recommends you take 1 or 2 orally

I just go pee. it will leak a little but not enough to make it stop having effect because you technically pee out of a separate hole.

I literally had to give in and go before I saw your comment haha I was thinking that it was fine since pee is obv from a different hole but I was scared they would fall out. It looked like there was oil in the toilet but you don't think they would leak enough to not have an effect? Should I put another one in @laytons_mommy

yeah they do leak that much but I was told to insert 6. not the first day but work up to 6. from what I've experienced there is alot more oil in then than you would expect and if they aren't in your vagina her far they will leak more than it they are higher up.

Evening primrose oil capsules. They are supposed to help prepare the womb/uterus for childbirth and when taken orally or inserted vaginally they can sometimes help you dilate and/or efface quicker and sometimes even bring on uterine contractions. @haileyjane03
