when I got 8 weeks with my twins I couldn't sleep on my stomach I am 14 weeks and still can't sleep on my stomach babies won't let me

@babymama26, like how can I lay down and relax if it causes my back to hurt I can't win 😩

the reality is you have to find the most comfortable spot as you can , which is kind of hard have you tried a pregnancy pillow?

@babymama26, Nothing works , I lay on my left side cause they say it's the best way to lay and it makes my back on the left side hurt same for the right side , laying on my stomach or back isn't safe and I'm even sitting up and it's hurting my lower back smh & yup bought one all it's doing is taking up space

pregnancy is very uncomfortable. I tried laying on my left side and that's not comfortable for me either. its very hard to get comfortable till this day I still struggle to get comfortable
