sorry in advance for the tmi but I don't know who else to ask until I can see my doctor.. is an increase in discharge normal before going into labor or is this just wishful thinking on my end? I mean sometimes it's so much I can feel it coming out lol (I'm SO sorry I know that's gross) but it's just white it's not like how I would imagine a mucus plug looking. could this in any way mean labor is soon? Waahh

An increase in discharge is a sign of labor coming soon....its just hard to say how soon.

could be mucus plug with no blood and it is normal sign of labor im not sure but you could google it to reassurre you

I say yes! I had a ton the week before I delivered my son, and like you I could feel it. Pretty gross but I think it's a good sign! :)

When my doctor was telling me about the signs I needed to look for in preterm labor since I'm not term yet, an increase and/or change in discharge was one of them!

could be anything from ur plug to a yeasts infection hum to tell u the truth if ur not itching I wouldn't say yeast infection I would say labor coming in near future when u go 2 the dr again

@lil_bigmama no itching, nothing like that. My next appointment is on Thursday the 19th. My due date is today
