@_miraclemay, I was induced at 3cm with my firstborn. After failure to dilate (only 5 cm after 19 hrs of labor) my doctor made the call and I had her via c-section. She just wasn't ready to come out yet, even tho I had her on my due date.
I was induced. My body caught a fever, my daughters heart rate dropped to 30 beats a minute forcing me to have an epidural so her heart rate would go back up and give me time to rest from the fever. Honestly would say baby #2 I'll wait patiently until their ready to come and not risk their life like I did to my daughter. But everyone is different. You may have a smooth easy delivery if your induced.
my sister was induced. I remember how she was in so much pain i felt so bad for her:/ and omg she was such moodyy b word haha xD she progressed well was in labor for 24 hours, had an epidural, and successful vaginal delivery. she never had contractions or signs of labor to begin with. i have read that being induced can increase the need for c section, also could cause fetal distress which would require a c section also. Had to look all this up last night because i might also need to be induced soon!
@_miraclemay, I wasn't induced with either of my boys, but I don't think there'd be any cons to it. My sister was induced with both of hers and it went great for her both times. I think the only difference between us was that her pain was quicker and harder. Hope that helps. :)

If you induce and your body isnt ready (cervix isn't ripe or dilated at all) there's a good chance that labor will not progress as fast as the doctors may want and csection becomes a bigger possibility
