so I downloaded a new period tracker app and my old period tracker says Ive got 5 days till I get my period and my new one says I'm 5 days late and I've took 2 pregnancy test and they both said negative

I don't know what one to believe

I'd go with the old one. you've tracked more in it. new one may be basing off of general statistics. unless you've went back some months to update it
