anyone with gestational diabetes and taking insulin? I'm not on it yet but am very distraught…

I'm not on insulin but what do they have you doing?

they have me counting carbs, which is hell, exercise, which I can barely walk, and taking pills. my blood sugar started going up when they put me on the highest dosage

yea I do the same thing did they give you a book with all the things you can eat. It makes it much easier. I started off walking but I got an exercise ball that I bounce on and it helps bring my sugar down sometimes better than walking. Has the medicine helped your fasting numbers?
