I was in Walmart and the two women in front of me were having words about one woman's large EBT purchase. They went at it for a few minutes and finally the woman closest to me in line goes, "MY taxes pay for your food anyway."

I kids you not. The woman with the EBT goes in her cart and plucks out some broccoli.(It was 3.48 because I had some too.) She plucks out the veggie and hands it to the lady berating her & says, "Here, bitch. I work too and this is about how much I estimate comes out of your check specifically. Put this with your WIC."
