I have two kids with my ex. Were together for 9yrs. Left when our second son was 2 months cause he was screwing around with his beatfriends girlfriend. Anyways bitch wont let me call or talk to him mind we have a child with cp and is totally dependant. He had a liver transplant at 8months old. Now at 7 he gets sick and goes to the hospital several times througout the year. The last time i called him she said i was a whore and that my kids werent his and that if she didnt want him to he wasnt going to see the kids. Then tried to say i dont take care of my kids! Well she better be ready for when i have this baby cause one thing is to talk about me and another is to talk shit about my kids!!!
My baby daddy told me maybe about four times to handle my pregnancy(abortion) through text during my first trimester. He wouldn't talk to me he actually had a girlfriend up until about a month ago. I started dating someone in February I was about five months pregnant and I was excepted by the family and friends of my fiancé. Yes I was asked to marry this new person. I found out that my baby daddy would down me to his friends and family telling them that I didn't want him around and I wouldn't tell him when doctors appointments were. To be honest I would send him Facebook messages in his inbox the same day I would schedule my appointments. I don't think I should have to remind someone when a Drs appointment is. Now that he see that I'm happy and my fiancé is excited about raising my son he wants to step in. Every time I see him or hear anything about him it stresses me out. How can I let someone who told my to kill my child come around? I just can't and my fiancé wants to give him a try. I honestly say hell no and let's not forget he has a choice of a few drugs he uses. I can't bring myself around to even try to trust him.
Oh yeah in the beginning when I said he was crazy if he thought I would kill anything he told me in text that he would be the sperm donor and nothing more I said ok cool. Why does he want to be around now. I've even moved out of state and he still finds little ways to raise my blood pressure.
That's insane. I wouldn't let him around my child either. When are you due? Just put your current boyfriend on the birth certificate and even give the baby his last name if you want and that way your ex has no rights unless he took you to court and even if he went through all the trouble to do that you could easily win @dessy9671
I'll find out next week if my due date will change but as of now August 13. My plan was to put my fiancé name on the birth certificate my sister thinks I'm crazy but I don't care. My happiness and my sons happiness is what matters honestly. I have all of my baby daddy text messages and Facebook messages and screenshots of his comments on my Facebook post. I'm ready for this battle I know he isn't.
