Ok. Need advice. There has been a stomach bug going through the house. I guess it's my turn. I'm 32 weeks and along with the usual with a tummy bug I've also been feeling pressure and severe back pain. And low cramps ( I know could be from the bug ) and pain all in my tummy and even vaginal pain. Wondering if I should go to dr because they had to stop contractions a week ago and I didn't know I was having them. Just thought was bad back pain. Can a bug cause preterm labor?
