So I'm cramping like mild cramps, my waist hurt and my back. I had sex twice today and I start bleeding lightly after sex. Lightly bleeding, did I already start me period? I'm breastfeeding, or did my postpartum blood come back?

postpartum bleeding can come and go for like 6-8 weeks. I completely stopped at 3 weeks and it reappeared at 5. it can also be because you had sex, I'm 9 weeks postpartum and still lightly bleed after sex

bleeding after sex is normal and can happen for a while. Pp bleeding lasts up to 8 weeks.
