Pumping is literally the worst part about breastfeeding my son. I hardly get any out and I have to massage my boobs constantly while I'm pumping. And it takes forever. It's so annoying 😭

I had no idea I had to change those! I always just washed them lol and put them back on. I've been pumping for 4 months! I put on new ones and tried a bigger shield and that made a world of difference! thank you guys! @meagansimone @jojo411

Make sure you change your membranes every 2 weeks to a month if you're using regularly. if using electric, you may get more with a manual and vice verse. look at pictures of your baby to help stimulate a letdown.
