I been told by a few people if u breastfeed you can't get pregnant is this Ture.....
Or do I still need to use something to be safe.

No you can still get pregnant. So use protection to be safe

definitely not true. it can highly lower the chances if you are bf exclusively and every 2-3 hours for some amount of time i can't remember at a time and all these other specifics that no one could probably meet lol.
it's certainly not a reliable method.
