I had chest pains, my head hurts I feel like I'm going to faint I'm super hot like having a hot flash, and I have horrible diarrhea sorry TMI, and I feel super nauseous... Anyone know what it could be? 😔

It sounds like pre labor sighs witch are not good unlit 37 weeks is go get checked just to be safe
