This whole transgender bathroom issue has started to much drama. Those who are opposed to it get called judgmental and a whole bunch of other names just for simply stating their views. You expect people to be more open minded but you can't be open minded to others views. It pisses me off.

@elenalee, I thought about it but I don't want to shelter my child too much. So my boyfriend and I decided Catholic or Christain private school would be best for her. Gives us the chance to teach our kid about what's going on in the world on our own time when she can understand. I don't ever want her to be forced into something and be confused about it.

@amaperalta03, I grew up in private school and it can be just as bad as public so be choosy. I do want to shelter my children! Lol. This world has gone nuts!! That doesn't mean I want them to not be social though... I intend on involving them in lots of activities with other children, I just want to be responsible for what and who they are involved in. I want my children to have a firm foundation and grasp on the values that are important before they are completely immersed in this confusing, upside down world. I can't shelter them completely, and I wouldn't want to, but I can protect them from the indoctrination of a lost and confused culture at least until they are at a mature enough age to think for themselves.

@elenalee, I did grow up in private school as well for part of my school life. And I wasn't implying that your sheltering your children don't want you to think I was. But home school is a wonderful thing in my opinion but just not for us. I still want my child to experience the school experience cause I loved mine. I'll make sure to be extra involved in her school. My mom didn't have the time to do so so I'll make sure I make time to be hands on on my children's education
