Breastfeeding will pretty much knock all your weight off for you, it did me at least! But I have also been drinking water non stop, and have started detox water. One is water with grapefruit, strawberries, and lemons. Another is water with strawberries, mint leaves, cucumber, and lime. If anything they help you to feel good and energized (naturally.) I sub coffee for lemon water every morning as well.
Look into the whole30... You will have to eat a ton because it cuts out grains, dairy etc... Breastfeeding burns a ton of calories which you need to feed baby boy. So don't sacrifice nutrition for losing the weight
