Definitely some comfy cotton undies. I had a scheduled section, so I bought granny panties lol they were comfy and didn't bother me.

Buy some metamucil bars, in pharmacy section at Walmart, and start eating them Now, but take some along because the fiber will help make it easier to use the bathroom

shampoo conditioner body wash wash cloth slippers bath robe8 pillow(s) brush tooth brush pjs or compfy clothes bras (sports bra or nursing one) granny panties tooth paste socks (maybe some snacks) camera batteries extra film or tape for a recorder make up going home outfit lotion soap maybe a book or coloring stuff etc something to do.. i also brought candles birthing ball and a tape player for labor
