Not baby related but I'm 22 and still dealing with acne any tips or advice please

hot water!! I had it bad now I use just hot as hot as I can stand it water a few times a day! that's it. cleared up fast n i dont have it no more! oh n after u splash with cold to shut my pores back up.

oh and once a week I use apricot scrub! it's amazing! my kids even use it and I see instant results with their black heads and pimples

it gets better every time. I have sensitive skin and the face creams washes etc dry me out or greese me up and make it worse. I do it like 3 x day. depends on how weather is etc. sometimes 2 or 4 x or more. at night I sometimes use a little lotion or canola oil a tiny but if I'm dry. but it makes you feel sooooool fresh after the apricot scrub. I put it on a wash cloth and really use it

yeah so u know what I'm talking about then! I tried it all even proactive sensitive and nothing just good ol' water! soap is the absolute worst too
