I'm not one of those girls that get mad when my BF wants to go out with his friends. But for some reason it's really bothering me that he went. Idk if it's because I told him I wanted Mike hard lemonade and instead of him saying "I'll go get some and we can stay in tonight" he decides to tell me he's just going out. Or if it's because I wasn't invited. I know I have a 2 week old but an invite still feels good. And our son is so fussy and nothing is helping him so now I'm left to do this all on my own. He won't even let me put him down. The minute I even let go he screams

Do you have a rocking chair?? It's magic for my son. You still have to hold him obviously but at least you can relax too😊

@mommy_faith, no. I really need to get one. That or a glider. Just so hard when I'm trying to eat and he's screaming. He won't even keep a binky in his mouth unless I hold it there for him. The minute I let go he screams.

Do you have a sling, wrap or baby carrier? My daughter never let me put her down, so that really helped her feel like she was still being held and I was able to have my hands back. She would fall asleep almost as soon as I would put her in it. It will get better! Good luck!

@samijoy, It was just my daughter and me most of the time (my husband works crazy hours and was traveling for work a lot), and that really was the only way I was able to get other things done or just be able to not have physically hold her the whole time. Hopefully it will work well for you, I was terrified to use it at first, but I watched so many videos until I finally felt like I knew what I was doing lol.
