just the whole timing thing is there a certain time and how long u do it

I use tracker. it is purple with a feather. I like it, very straight forward. good luck

timing just means making sure your having sex on your fertile week. 3 days before ovulation and the day and day after of ovulation are the best days to have sex so the sperm can make its way to the egg since the egg only last 12 to 24 hours and sperm can last up to 3 days. 😊@katielamb32
