my baby is going to be 2 months next week and I return back to work next Friday I'm leaving my baby with my parents but I'm so use to him idk how ima take it.

I haven't gone back yet. Going back when my baby turns 1. I'm expecting it to be very hard 😭 24 hour shifts are going to kill me, I'll miss her so much

with my son I went back when he was 4 weeks but he got to come to work with me... bad choice he got RSV at 5 weeks old, but I had no choice I had to make money. With my daughter ibwent back at 3 months but she spent the first 8 weeks in NICU. very hard to leave her still
