Lol Idk I hear all type of shit, I didn't dye my roots though I think that's the part they say not to do.

Hair dye is fine. My doctors said regular dye is totally fine you should just wait until you're past the first trimester and make sure you have good ventilation (not inside a small bathroom with the door shut)
