So I'm no where near planning the baby shower yet but I've been thinking about it. I have a dilemma…

So I'm no where near planning the baby shower yet but I've been thinking about it. I have a dilemma sort of. A girl I was friends with for 12 years, was my best friend since the forth grade. Well little over 2 years ago now her and this other girl I was friends with just stopped talking to me, stopped inviting me to things all because they didn't like an ex of mine I was dating at the time. At first I tried to make efforts to talk to them but then I stopped caring because I couldn't believe my best friend was doing this to me. Well a year after that all happened I took the initiative and apologized to my "friend" and to the other girl who was also my "friend", never heard from her again but old best friend and I hung out 2 times. All she cares about is getting drunk now, like we're still 21 or something. Anyways we're not super good friends anymore and she's constantly saying oh I'll text you so we can get together, never does. She bailed the last few times we were supposed to get together. Now after all this rambling I'm just conflicted if I should invite her to my baby shower down the road. Part of me wants to because I don't want to be petty and she was my good friend for so long. And part of me doesn't because she doesn't even try to contact me but has time to go out and get drunk, make an occasional Facebook comment on my things (can even text back 🙄). I just remember when we were kids growing up we would always say that we were going to be each other's MOH at our weddings and when we have kids we'd always be around. Kills me because she was my best friend and pretty much my only friend who I thought would never treat me like that.
