Does anyone have a baby with acid reflux? My son has it pretty bad and he eats 2 ozs of milk at a time but his pediatrician wants him to drink atleast 3 ozs but when he drinks 3 he throws it back up does anyone have any advice to keep that from happening so much???

He is formula fed @braelynnsmommy @savannahapaigebridges we have changed it twice already he's on ar for acid reflux and he's fine with it for 2 oz but more than that it makes him sick

Maybe take a little break after 2 and burp him then continue

my son had acid reflux they prescribed him liquid zantac which helped him hold down his food. but also after his feedings hold him up right for 45 mins and it should help a little

some babies don't NEED as much milk as the doctors say. if your bay is okay with 2oz I would only increase to mauve 2.5oz to see if he'll keep that down, if he won't then stick with the 2oz feedings until he's more developed and able to hold his milk better
