Has any mommies had to have their baby get retested for having jaundice? If so, what happened?

My son was retest multiple time and ended up having jaundice really bad. 3.5 half days under the UV lights and it was all better.

Yes, they told me to breastfeed often, 2 hours from each start time so basically every 1-1/2hrs. The more they pee and poo the better because that's how the bilirubins leave their system. It worked because she didn't end up needing treatment! Good luck!!

Sorry for the late response, but my baby has it and they just told me to feed her more and she will pee and poop it out. I just got scared. They also to me to open the blinds and put her around sun. @kerragannicole @mommy529 and @momagainjj82

My daughter was tested 2 time in the hospital and 3 times after that but I did keep her in the sun but she was indoors because she was born in October but it went away after a few days

I'm praying hers goes away. Her eyes are super yellow. It scares me @anmarie1

Yes! That's how my daughter eyes are! They tested mines in the hospital and yesterday.
