Blocked milk ducts are so horrible. I have been having to see the lactation consultant because one boob is blocked in multiple areas spent hours hand expressing (and crying) yesterday and finally got soft enough for Aidan to feed off of and now my right boob is blocked in multiple areas as well and I'm back to hand expressing. This is more painful than recovery from the c section ))),:
