Things like this...I don't understand! I know it's terrible to say but maybe a mom with a newborn and overly tired (even still I don't get forgetting about your child). But a 2 year old?!? They talk and are active and make themselves known. So sad...prayers to all involved.

yeah it's horrifiying people do this! a few months ago some dad left his 2 year old in the car and the poor baby was telling me he was hot so I was about to break him out but I saw a cop across the street and waved him down!!! I was disgusted the dad acted like he did nothing wrong
