I would think that's impossible considering they tell you to push like you have to poop😩😩 I hope that's right though lol

yeah, when I had my son about 2 weeks ago, they tell you to push like you have to poop lol

I was told by my doctor when I had my daughter that people get hemroids during labor from pushing like you have to poo when the actual way is to push with the muscles you use to pee. I tried that way and had no issues.

I admit I had to Google how nut basically next time you go pee, try to hurry lol just rush it as fast as possible and you'll feel the muscle you should use

@bbyenolan22 I know what it feels like I know how to use those muscles thank goodness 😊 I'll try that lol, I wonder why my doctor told me it'll be like you have to poop😕 I don't mind hemorrhoids lol

It definitely felt like I was gonna poo lol but it was pressure from the baby, pushing with the right muscle never made it worse

Lol ohhh I get it..

U get hemroids while ur pregnant I've never heard of that and never had any problems I've had both my kids naturally and got hemroids during pregnancy for my second and they didn't effect my labor

Idk if it would help but I can't imagine I'll even be thinking about it when it comes time to push. I forgot everything I had learned in birthing classes and everything once I got into transitional labor! and I pushed so hard with my oldest I broke a bunch of blood vessels in my face lol!
