QUESTION! For any mommas who have had their babies and ripped your vagina during birth how long did…

a few weeks. it took about 4.5 for mine. I had a small tear and only got 4 stitches

@gypsy.soul2, you only had 4 stitches and it took 4 weeks to dissolve?! omg. I just want them to go away and my vagina be normal again! 😭😭😭😭

mine took about 6 weeks :/ my doctor cut me

Mine had to be removed after 5 weeks because they never dissolved.

@jujulove13, I almost had to have an episiotomy but ended up pushing her out before he had the chance to!

yeah :/ I put a lot of strain on myself.. I had a natural labor as well idk if that would effect it.. but eventually you'll go back to normal (:

I think mine took 6 weeks to heal. honestly even though they told you it would be ok to have sex again after 6 weeks i would hold off a little longer since you ripped because i ripped also and sex was very very painful for a little while afterwards.

the doctor said that if he didnt do it my son would have ripped me everywhere lol but i know when i went for the 6 week check up it was already gone but they had just dissolved @rainbowbaby2015

@gypsy.soul2, @ninanicole2 believe me I don't want to have sex for a good ATLEAST two years but I just want my vagina to go back to "normal" no bleeding, no stitches, no having to sit a certain way because I'm scared I'll pull a stitch out, no more nothing just being "normal" again. 😭😭😭😭😭

have you been using dermoplast ? it helps with the healing process & with the pain. (:

unfortunately time is all you got lol. we had sex at 2 weeks with this baby and I was fine. it truly depends on your body. keep hydrated with water and eat good.

@ninanicole2, no the hospital didn't give me any only a spray bottle for water. I'm not in pain except when I sit a certain way (which I have fully learned what position that is to not sit that way). I never really did hurt so I didn't go tot he store and buy my own didn't think it was worth it if I wasn't in severe pain...

you can get it at any store like walmart cvs walgreens (idk what you have around you)but it really really helps.
