Try feeding her yogurt or cottage cheese first (you may need to force feed) because it is probably just a stomach bug and the good bacteria in the yogurt or cottage cheese will help. If it doesn't get any better after trying that then call the vet and they'll probably place the pup on probiotics

probably best to call the vet. my dog throws up a lot, but it's usually because he gets into the trash or something, and he's always better after a few hours and poops fine (If they aren't pooping, could be blockage)

She's dehydrated! I force my dog to drink water or baby pedialyte with a straw
