mine felt like really bad period cramps

Early contractions can vary, but it can be back pain or super strong menstrual like cramps or a tightening pressure pain. I knew I was in labor when it kept getting stronger after I laid down and I couldn't talk through them.

Intense period cramps mixed with the feeling like you're about to take a mean shit

ok awesome! i just started having a period like cramp but it was on my side...was weird
