When can we start our workout after csection ? I mean when is it safe to start

I get that. at 4 weeks I felt great and had to keep reminding myself to take it easy but my sure walking would be ok just if it hurts to stop. everyone is different that's just what my Dr said lol.

I was told after my 6 week pp appointment and to start slow

@lovemyfamilyg, I was told at least 4 wks with all basic work outs and not to do crunches or sit ups for 6 wks.
