How do wedding rings work? The guy buys the girl an engagement ring but does the girl buy the guy his wedding ring? I'm asking cause I'm pregnant with his child with a part time job that j won't even be working after she is born and have no money so how does that work? He has been hinting at marriage for a while now

it's the thought that counts. when me and my husband got married at 19 we had very little money. his wedding band was all of $45 if that much!

@serrano_girl, yeah I didn't spend that much on my hubby's ring under $100 because we had a spur of the moment wedding but he loves it like it cost a million ☺️

I'm not sure there is a standard way of doing it. my husband and I haven't done anything in the traditional way though lol. I am wearing my mother's engagement/wedding ring and I bought my husband his first wedding ring but he bought the 2nd one because it was stronger metal and he works on cars.
