sweetheart that can cause a uti. Not only are they painful but (I didn't know this either) utis can cause stillborn and miscarriages

I've only done it once. I talked to my doctor and he said its fine just don't do it again lol. Thank you though

I have but i don't hold for crazy amounts of time. literally if I don't go the second I have to go, I get little cramps and pains but it goes away when I go.

yeah me too! especially when I wake up in the middle of the night. I'm so tired I don't wanna get up and I lay there for another 10mins and I'm like uggghh I guess I have to lol. @newmommy_2016
