I don't think little girls should be introduced to makeup until middle school. I seriously know a few toddlers who don't feel pretty unless they have makeup on. Our words are more powerful then we think if you tell a child all the time how she looks pretty with makeup on she will begin to think she needs it just to look pretty. Self esteem and confidence starts in the home. We need to teach our children that they are beautiful all day everyday even with boogies in their nose
