That's why I get upset when I say I'm having contractions and ppl be like drink water girl bye that's all I can drink. I can not drink juice and soda I will get sick my water is a must have, I'm having contractions because its almost time to give birth uhhhhh duhhhhh

I know how that feels. Doctors blame my early labor last pregnancy saying I didn't drink water all I did was drink water.

Yeah I complained for over a week about contractions and they kept sending me home then one day I went into full blown labor they tried sending me home agin and then I went into labor again and when they checked I was 5 cm already. I had my daughter at 29 weeks

My dr said the same when I had contractions and I knew for sure I had two bottles of water prior to even having the contractions smh
