looks like we may have a baby before our due date. baby girl may have already turned head down and depending on how big she is determines whether I have to have a c section or not. not really thrilled about that, but, I'm not so thrilled about her getting stuck in my pelvis and having to have an emergency situation go on. luckily, I've gained 20 pounds so, looks like I'm gonna start watching what I eat, and trying to lose a couple pounds instead of gaining anymore.

ultrasound weight guesses are never fully accurate. Try for vaginal and of you labor too long as for a c section. it's your right to choose unless there is a medical reason for you not to deliver vaginally.

I haven't had an ultrasound since I was 20 weeks. so I have no idea how much she weighs. I'm just hoping her weight is atleast 5-7 pounds. I'm really short. 5'1. so if she's too big, my pelvis might be too small to have her. I'm just hoping for the best right now.

Smh I had a 10 lbs 6.40z baby 4m ago w my gestational diabetes.. U can do it don't let anyone tell you that you need a csection
