When you have a preemie baby, every day is a little more challenging than the last. Rocky has to be wrapped like a burrito to keep him warm, he can't suck on bottles very well. They told me I probably won't ever get to breastfeed him but I'll be able to pump and give it through a bottle. He's slowly learning to suck better, but every day is different. He could have a great feeding and eat a lot or he can have a bad one and not eat much. You can't feed them for longer than thirty minutes or they start burning calories and that's not good when you're trying to get them to gain weight. He's so tiny and wrapped up its not good to check his diaper a lot or he'll get cold and he poops a lot right now so he gets fussy. I wouldn't have it any different though. We had to do what we had to do and we're making it :) mommy and daddy love him so much he's such a fighter ❤️ I stayed up with him until one in the morning last night, I was so tired but it's already gone I'm awake and ready for the challenge of the day. I'll do whatever I can to get him to four pounds and get him home ❤️❤️
