Without dilating you really don't have anything to worry about. I've had to go to Labor and Delivery twice now for real labor contractions and I'm thinned out, dilated to a 2 but they send me home since I'm not dilating any more than a 2

It's not likely... the pain is probably just the pressure from the weight of baby and your uterus. I had so much pelvic pain with my 2nd that I could barely walk... not not with any of my others and this is pregnancy #4. Weird how each one is so different.
