if he's not bothered, I wouldn't worry my son gets that sometimes it could be the way he's sleeping or laying or what not. as long as it doesn't cause him pain you should be fine and it will go away on its own. (: @katienkaden

Hmm it's size 3 which goes up to 28lbs and my son is 20.. Size 4 Huggies we have start at 22lb, maybe I'll try it on though @countrymama2015

@katienkaden, I would try next size, my daughter has thighs like that and it does get little tight and she pee blowouts too because of that
