With a normal braxton hick you can still move and talk. A real contraction feels like menstrual cramps but way worse and sometimes it will stop you dead in your tracks

@tuesday011, oh boy ok.... cuz apparently I had a lot of big contractions my 1st child and the nurse my telling me cuz she can see it on the monitor abut I just smiled at her and told myself.... I don't feel shit! !!!!
