Have any of you mommy's successfully increased your milk supply with these ?? 😀

They honestly didn't do anything for me besides make my vagina smell like syrup.

this was my holy grail went from 1oz to 9oz each breast. plus I smelled like syrup haha

I would say the only thing was my milk was a bit more watery and my daughter had a bit more runny stool but it was worth it to be able to continue bf

I went from 4oz to 12 oz...I was able to pump a bottle and a half.

Off one boob...seriously it works wonders

@reznor, @gorgeoushar wow that's amazing, I really hope it works that well for me because right now I'm only getting 1oz each breast every 3 hours

@junesmommy15, @gorgeoushar @reznor I read that fenugreek can make you gain weight, did you guys notice any weight gain or appetite increase ?

I did not even notice if it did or not

I actually lost 25lbs from nursing, 4 months after my baby was born. I gained 50lbs total. My appetite seemed the same.

No weight gain for me.

@reznor, @gorgeoushar another question ladies I'm sorry, but how many days or weeks did it take for you to increase that many ounces ?

It took me about a week to see increase

I seen results the next day. I took the fenugreek and I would pump every 20 minutes for 10 min on top of feeding her.the more your stimulating the more you'll produce.
