When did everyone start having sex after birth? & when did you start exercising again?

Sex after 6 1/2 weeks

They recommend waiting 6 weeks I waited 7 weeks my first time and I'm 6 weeks next week

i waited 4 weeks with my first daughter to have sex, it was scary lol this time im def waiting 6 weeks, my daughter is a week old today, i have 5 more weeks:(

I had it at 5 weeks. Really just make sure you're done bleeding, make sure any tears and stitches are fully healed AND WEAR PROTECTION!!!!

@mommasaurus, I've been done bleeding, and I have no tears or stitches. I'm just really horny lol

@lezette, go for it! Just take it slow and easy at first did your uterus is still in the healing process.

it was scary for me cause i had stitches down there cause they cut me during the birth.
