get my new phone from my insurance claim today, go get it activated and was sitting and using it.... restarted itself and then a few min later turned off and now it won't turn back on.... just freaking wonderful, gave my loaner back to my husband, so now I'm without a damn phone again.... guess I will be making a trip back to the store tomorrow.... they better not tell me to make another insurance claim, I only get 2 a year and I've used both (my son ran my phone over with his tractor in January, and this time I knocked it down off the back of the couch and it fell screen down onto the floor)..... I am gonna be so pissed if I have to go without a phone
