Had a doctors appointment today. Baby girl is measuring 4 pounds and I'll be 35 weeks on Friday. My doctor is predicting that she will weigh between 6 to 6 and a half pounds when she is born. This kind of worries me bc it seems kind of small. Should I be worried or is 6 pounds ok?

I was only 6lbs 4oz.
My son was only a week early and he was only 5lbs 14oz and still went home when he was supposed too.

honey 6-7lbs is healthy. some babies weigh less than 6and are still fine. my sister in law all 4 of hers were under 7lbs and they all came home after 2 days. they were born at 37weeks all 4 of them my son was 8lb12oz and was considered big

I was 6lbs 3 oz..and completely healthy. :)

My daughter was 5 lbs 12 oz and was very healthy and had even passed her birth weight about 5 days after she was born when it takes most babies around 2 weeks
